Dear women, I invite you on a sacred life changing journey to mother India. The purpose of the journey is to accept and unite our two opposite poles, the male and female energies within us. The union of the energies of SHIVA and SHAKTI turns into a cosmic dance of love.

Bathing in the holy water of the river Ganges

Trekking in the Himalayas,

Participating in the Vedic rituals and blessings

Practicing traditional tantra lead by local teachers from India

Simply being in the arms of mother India will fulfil us with feeling of wholeness and ‘coming back home’.

The program is divided into two parts: the first part will take place in the capital of yoga, Rishikesh, where we will mainly perform SHAKTI practices. In the second part of the trip, we will travel up to the Himalayas to merge with the energy of SHIVA. Positive impact on your whole being will be still pulsing within you long after the trip.

RISHIKESH

A town located in northern India, at the foothills of the Himalayas. Rishikesh is an important religious centre of Hinduism, named as the YOGA CAPITAL OF THE WORLD due to the abundance of yoga schools. For centuries India’s spiritual masters have gathered here to perform their sadhana (spiritual practice) and attain a state of enlightenment by the holy river Ganges. It is said that in deep states of meditation you can still feel their presence and guidance – we will have the opportunity to meditate on the banks of the Ganges and caves of Indian sages like Vasishta. You will have the opportunity to meet and practice from established teachers in Rishikesh and perhaps even meet an enlightened Guru if you are lucky (and ready). Prajna Shetty, a kundalini tantra teacher, also lives here, who will lead our daily SHAKTI tantric practices and rituals.

DHARAMSHALA

At more than 2000 m high altitude, in northern India breathes the spirit of Tibet as it is home to the official residence of Tibetan exiles and the Dalai Lama. The abundance of Tibetan Buddhist temples, Tibetan art and handicrafts sold in the market attracts tourists from all over the world. Mountain lovers come here to climb the popular peaks of the Himalayas. We will attempt to trek to Triund (located in the snowlines of Himalayas) and stay in tents for a few nights. Tents, sleeping bags and food will be available on the top of the mountain. The hike is not difficult, but the beauty of nature and the purity of the air are enchanting and breathtaking. During the rest of the trip, we will live in the village with yogi Shivam Ji, who will share ‘silent’ teachings of his guru Neelkanth Babaji, kriya meditation, and tantric fire rituals. We will awaken, embrace and integrate the divine masculine within us.

Shivam Ji

A Himalayan yogi, spiritual teacher, and family man. We will stay in his family’s simple and cozy home & yoga center. We will have the opportunity to feel and understand the true spirit of local Indians. Shivam Ji has been a disciple of enlightened guru Neelkanth Babaji since his childhood. He will pass on the kriya yoga meditation technique and wisdom of his teacher who has already left the body. Shivam Ji will accompany us to holy places and perform special fire rituals designed to awaken and honor Shiva’s energy.

Karolina Fomiciova Bhadauria

Lived in India, Rishikesh and Dharamshala in a yoga community. There she intensively studied various types of yoga and obtained yoga teacher certificates, but the greatest value was left by non-certified experiences and direct teachings from traditional tantra teachers and monks. Fate led Karolina to the Himalayas, where, without looking for anything, she discovered the silence of the mind, the holy aura of Babaji and an even more subtle layer of tantra. After returning to Lithuania, Karolina was leading teaching yoga, goddess dance practices, facilitating women’s circles and cocoa ceremonies. Karolina, the organiser of this trip, will accompany you along the paths known by heart, and will introduce you to local masters. Together with her husband Prabhat, she will ensure the quality and smoothness of the trip

Prajna Shetty

Kundalini Tantra teacher, medium and author of the Kali Durga Goddess Dance. Prajna was born in North India in a traditional shakta family. Visiting goddess temples and practising rituals at that time seemed to be imposed on her by her family. As a teenager, with the guidance of an old sage, she developed a connection with the universe, to channel messages from ‘above’. At one point in her life, Prajna worked in a corporate environment – eventually, fate led her to the capital of yoga, Rishikesh, where she rediscovered her connection with higher guidance and devoted herself fully to the spiritual path. Prajna doesn’t teach, she is channelling…Prajna will guide us through daily tantric practices, which will be revealed only on the day of the attendance.

Prabhat Bhadauria

A certified yoga teacher originally from Delhi, India, he currently lives and teaches the holistic yoga lifestyle in Taiwan. He studied yoga science and yogic way of living in North India from local teachers and gurus. Prabhat will share his knowledge, yoga philosophy and carefully selected practices with the group in the second part of the journey. Prabhat, together with his wife Karolina, will accompany you during the entire trip and will make sure that the trip goes safe and smooth.
