Kali and Dashamahavidya 11 Day Movement Journey

YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW THE GODDESSES TO RECOGNIZE THEIR WISDOM WITHIN YOUR LIFE

Perhaps you know what it feels like when life falls apart and the version of yourself you have been holding onto can no longer continue.

Perhaps you are navigating an uncertain chapter, standing somewhere between who you have been and what has not yet fully revealed itself.

Perhaps you feel desire moving through you — for a relationship, creative work, a new way of living, greater intimacy or abundance — and want to experience desire as a sacred creative force rather than a reminder of what you lack.

Perhaps you are tired of contracting around everything you feel and are ready to become spacious enough to let more life flow through you.

Perhaps you know what you want, but your energy is scattered — and you are ready for discipline to become devotion and devotion to become fire.

Perhaps something in you is asking to surrender control and allow your life-force to move again.

Perhaps you are moving through emptiness, an ending or a period where you simply do not know.

Perhaps you need to stop.
Perhaps you need to speak.
Perhaps you are finally ready to receive.

You don't need to know the Sanskrit names of the Goddesses to recognize these territories.

The Daśa Mahāvidyās give us an ancient map through them.
And for 11 days, we explore that map through the body.

WHAT IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO BECOME ONLY ONE KIND OF WOMAN?

Many of us have learned which expressions of ourselves are welcome.
Be soft — but not fierce.
Be spiritual — but not sensual.
Be strong — but not angry.
Be successful — but not too visible.
Give generously — but feel uncomfortable receiving.

Remain composed, even when something inside wants to scream, dance, grieve, create, change direction or simply stop. Slowly, our expression can become smaller than the life moving within us.

But Shakti is not one-dimensional.
She creates and destroys.
She speaks and becomes silent.
She desires and renounces.
She gives and receives.
She dances and becomes completely still.
She can be fierce and exquisitely beautiful.

The Mahāvidyās reveal this extraordinary spectrum of Shakti. This journey is an invitation to encounter that spectrum within yourself. Not only intellectually. Through your body.

THIS IS NOT ONLY A COURSE ABOUT THE GODDESSES

You can read about Kālī. You can study her mythology. You can learn the symbolism of her sword, her darkness and her radical imagery.
But intellectual understanding and embodied experience are not the same thing.

Our work begins with wisdom — but it does not end there.

The body becomes the Temple.
Movement becomes prayer.
Breath becomes a bridge.
Sound becomes expression.
Stillness becomes practice.

Each Goddess gives us a different field of inquiry. Instead of asking only: “What does this Goddess mean?”
we begin asking: “Where does this wisdom already live within me?”
And: “What is life asking me to embody now?”

THIS 11-DAY JOURNEY INVITES YOU TO

EXPAND YOUR RANGE
Meet fierceness, receptivity, sensuality, discipline, surrender, emptiness, authentic expression, stillness and abundance — without needing to identify with only one expression of the feminine.
MOVE WHAT FEELS STAGNANT
Use movement, shaking, breath, sound and somatic practice to meet what is present through the body rather than only analyzing it mentally.
DEEPEN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHAKTI
Encounter the Mahāvidyās as more than concepts, images or mythological figures and begin developing a personal relationship with their wisdom.
CREATE A DAILY SĀDHANA RHYTHM
For 11 consecutive days, return to your body, your breath and your practice.
DISCOVER YOUR OWN ARCHETYPAL LANDSCAPE
Notice which Goddess qualities feel natural, which you resist and which expressions of Shakti may be asking for greater space in your life.

Who are DAŚA MAHĀVIDYĀ?

THE TEN WISDOM GODDESSES

Kālī · Tārā · Tripura Sundarī · Bhuvaneśvarī · Bhairavī ·
Chinnamastā · Dhūmāvatī · Bagalāmukhī · Mātaṅgī · Kamalātmikā

Together, they encompass an extraordinary spectrum of sacred experience — transformation, guidance, desire, beauty, vastness, devotion, life-force, emptiness, stillness, expression and abundance.

Some are beautiful. Some are confronting. Some invite movement. Others invite complete stillness. Some expand our relationship with desire and life. Others confront us with impermanence, emptiness and what cannot be controlled.

We do not reduce these Goddesses simply to personality types.
We approach them as sacred forms and wisdom teachings within the
Tantric tradition, while allowing their symbolism to illuminate our own lived and embodied experience.

Online Daśa Mahāvidyā Immersion

A JOURNEY OF DYNAMISM

There is no single state we are trying to maintain for 11 days.
There is no expectation that spiritual practice must always make us peaceful, soft or serene.

Shakti moves. And throughout this journey, we move with Her.
Some practices are fierce and dynamic. Some are sensual and fluid. Some work through breath and kriya. Some through mantra and voice. Some through shaking, dance and free movement. Some ask you to express. Others ask you to become completely still.

We move between:

Expression ↔ Silence
Intensity ↔ Receptivity
Movement ↔ Stillness
Destruction ↔ Creation
Desire ↔ Detachment
Emptiness ↔ Fullness

Rather than trying to become one idealized version of the feminine, we explore our capacity to move consciously through a much wider spectrum of being.

YOUR 11-DAY JOURNEY THROUGH
THE TEN WISDOM GODDESSES

When life falls apart.

DAY 1 —
KĀLĪ

Kālī meets us when something can no longer continue as it was.
A relationship.
An identity.
A dream.
A pattern.
A version of ourselves we have outgrown.
She is the wisdom of time, impermanence, endings and radical transformation. Rather than immediately trying to rebuild what has fallen, Kālī invites us to meet what is ending and listen for the truth underneath it. Through movement, breath, sound and embodied practice, we explore our relationship with change, intensity and release.

We explore: Transformation · endings · courage · truth · liberation

Embodied inquiry: What am I ready to stop carrying?

When you are navigating an uncertain chapter of your life.

DAY 2 —
TĀRĀ

Tārā meets us in the passage between worlds.
The old direction may no longer make sense, yet the new one has not fully revealed itself.

Her wisdom is not about having every answer.
It is about learning to listen and continue through uncertainty without abandoning ourselves.

Through breath, sound, movement and meditation, we explore inner guidance, surrender and trust.

We explore: Trust · guidance · transition · listening · surrender

Embodied inquiry: Can I trust the next step without knowing the entire path?

When desire becomes a sacred path instead of lack.

DAY 3 —
TRIPURA SUNDARĪ

What if desire did not always mean something was missing?
Tripura Sundarī invites us into another relationship with beauty, eros, pleasure and longing.

Desire can become a doorway into intimacy with life — revealing what genuinely attracts us, moves us and asks to be created through us.

Through sensual movement, meditation and embodied contemplation, we explore desire not as endless grasping, but as a current of Shakti.

We explore: Beauty · desire · pleasure · magnetism · intimacy · creativity

Embodied inquiry: What do I genuinely desire when I stop judging my desire?

When you are ready to become spacious enough to let life flow through you.

DAY 4 —
BHUVANEŚVARĪ

Bhuvaneśvarī is vastness — the space within which experience arises.
When we contract around every emotion, uncertainty or possibility, our world becomes smaller.

Her wisdom invites expansion.
Through breath, spacious movement and meditation, we explore the capacity to feel without immediately contracting, to receive without immediately controlling and to create more inner space for life.

We explore: Space · receptivity · expansion · emotional spaciousness · flow

Embodied inquiry: Can I become spacious enough to hold more of life?

When discipline becomes fire.

DAY 5 —
BHAIRAVĪ

There comes a point when inspiration alone is no longer enough.
Bhairavī carries the fire of tapas — devotion expressed through practice, consistency and sacred commitment.

She asks where your energy is scattered and what might happen if that energy were gathered around what genuinely matters.
Through dynamic movement, kriya, breath and focused practice, we explore intensity not for intensity's sake, but as devotion.

We explore: Devotion · discipline · focus · sacred commitment · inner fire

Embodied inquiry: What am I willing to devote myself to?

When life-force awakens and wants to move through you.

DAY 6 —
CHINNAMASTĀ

Chinnamastā is one of the most radical images within the Mahāvidyā tradition.
Her symbolism brings together life and death, giving and receiving, nourishment, sexuality, surrender and the extraordinary movement of vital energy.
She reminds us that life-force is not something we permanently possess. Life moves through us.
Through breath, dynamic somatic practice and embodied awareness, we explore the circulation of energy — the relationship between receiving, giving, surrender and allowing life-force to move.
Giving becomes not depletion, but part of a larger circulation.

We explore: Life-force · surrender · circulation · giving · receiving · release

Embodied inquiry: Where am I holding back the life that wants to move through me?

When nothing is left to hide behind.

DAY 7 —
DHŪMĀVATĪ

Dhūmāvatī takes us into emptiness.

Into endings.
Into disappointment.
Into solitude.
Into the periods of life when what once gave us certainty, identity or belonging has disappeared.

She does not immediately rush us toward the next beginning.
She asks whether we can remain long enough to discover the wisdom of the space in between.
Through slower movement, meditation and stillness, we explore our relationship with emptiness and the unknown.

We explore: Emptiness · endings · solitude · acceptance · mature wisdom

Embodied inquiry: Who am I when there is nothing left to prove?

When your power is to stop.

DAY 8 —
BAGALĀMUKHĪ

We live in a world that constantly asks us to respond, produce, explain and move.

Bagalāmukhī introduces another form of power:

The power of interruption.
The pause before the reaction.
The silence before the word.
The stillness in which we can finally see what has been moving us unconsciously.

Through stillness, mudrā, breath and meditation, we explore attention, discernment and conscious speech.

We explore: Pause · stillness · discernment · attention · conscious speech

Embodied inquiry: What becomes possible when I don't immediately react?

When your authentic voice refuses to remain hidden.

DAY 9 —
MĀTAṄGĪ

Mātaṅgī brings us toward voice, creativity and forms of expression that do not always fit neatly inside what society considers acceptable.

She invites us to listen for the expression underneath self-editing.
The sound beneath politeness.
The creativity beneath perfection.
The truth underneath the desire for approval.

Through voice activation, sound, movement and Goddess embodiment, we explore what it means to express rather than perform.

We explore: Voice · creativity · authenticity · expression · inner authority

Embodied inquiry: What wants to move through me when I stop editing myself?

When you are ready to receive life.

DAY 10 —
KAMALĀTMIKĀ

Kamalātmikā brings us into relationship with beauty, nourishment, prosperity, gratitude and fullness.

After meeting transformation, uncertainty, desire, discipline, surrender, emptiness and silence, we arrive at another profound practice: Receiving.
Can beauty actually reach us?
Can support reach us?
Can love reach us?
Can opportunity, pleasure, nourishment and abundance arrive without us immediately contracting, doubting or pushing them away?

Through embodied practice, meditation and gratitude, we explore receiving as a capacity.

We explore: Abundance · nourishment · beauty · gratitude · receiving · grace

Embodied inquiry: How much goodness am I willing to receive?

THE MANY FACES OF SHAKTI WITHIN YOU

DAY 11 —
INTEGRATION

The final day is not an eleventh Goddess.
It is the return to the whole. Because life will not ask you to embody only Kālī.
There will be moments when you need

Kālī's capacity to release.
Tārā's trust.
Sundarī's intimacy with desire.
Bhuvaneśvarī's spaciousness.
Bhairavī's fire.
Chinnamastā's surrender into life-force.
Dhūmāvatī's capacity to remain with emptiness.
Bagalāmukhī's pause.
Mātaṅgī's voice.
And Kamalātmikā's capacity to receive.

The question becomes less: “Which Goddess am I?”
And more: “Which wisdom is life asking me to embody now?”
On Day 11, we gather the complete journey through movement, breath, meditation and integration.

Ten Goddesses. Ten mirrors. One living Shakti.

WISDOM IS NOT ONLY UNDERSTOOD.

IT IS LIVED.

Our approach brings together:
TANTRIC GODDESS WISDOM + SOMATIC EMBODIMENT

Each day begins by entering the symbolic and philosophical world of one Mahāvidyā.
Then we enter the body.
Throughout the immersion, we work with:
Goddess Dance/ Tantric Somatic Movement/ Mahā Pranic Kriya/ Breath/ Mantra & Sanskrit Sound Mudrā/ Meditation Voice & Authentic Expression / Embodied Contemplation
Not every day uses every modality.
The practice changes because the Goddess changes.

Kālī is not approached in the same way as Kamalātmikā.

Bhairavī does not ask the same thing of us as Dhūmāvatī.

Bagalāmukhī's stillness carries a different wisdom from Mātaṅgī's expression.

This dynamism is at the heart of the journey.

HOW EACH DAY UNFOLDS

01 · RECEIVE
Enter the day's Goddess through a concise wisdom transmission introducing her mythology, symbolism and the theme of our practice.

02 · PRACTICE
Move into direct experience through a guided combination of Goddess Dance, somatic movement, kriya, breath, mantra, mudrā, voice or meditation.

03 · EMBODY
Notice what arises through sensation, movement, emotion, resistance, expression and stillness. There is nothing to perform. The practice becomes an inquiry.

04 · INTEGRATE
Carry the day's inquiry beyond Zoom and into ordinary life.

RECEIVE → PRACTICE → EMBODY → INTEGRATE

WHAT YOU RECEIVE?

You are not simply learning about the Ten Great Wisdom Goddesses.
You are entering a living Tantric journey of trasformation.

THIS JOURNEY MAY BE FOR YOU IF...

You are curious about the Divine Feminine but want to experience Her through your body, rather than only through books and concepts.

You already practice Yoga, Tantra, meditation or embodiment and want to deepen your relationship with Goddess wisdom and Shakti.

You recognize that certain expressions of yourself come easily while others — fierceness, sensuality, visibility, surrender, receiving, authentic expression or stillness — are more difficult to inhabit.

You are moving through a transition and desire a consistent spiritual and embodied container to accompany you.

You crave movement, breath, sound, ritual and direct practice rather than another information-heavy online course.

Or perhaps you already know Kālī or another Mahāvidyā and feel called to encounter the complete mandala of the Ten Wisdom Goddesses.

YOU DO NOT NEED:

Dance experience

Flexibility

Knowledge of Sanskrit.

Previous Tantra training.

Previous experience with the Mahāvidyās.

Curiosity and willingness to practice are enough.

VOICES FROM OUR PREVIOUS CIRCLES

Laura Lana · Lithuania

" This journey arrived at a time when I was navigating some of the deepest challenges of my life. For years I carried feelings of rejection, abandonment, struggle, and suffering, believing that life was somehow working against me.
Through the Goddess Archetypes journey, something profound shifted. I began to see that many of my greatest challenges were also my greatest teachers. The practices, teachings, and devotion invited me into a deeper relationship with myself than I had ever experienced before.
What I received was not simply information—it was transformation. I gained practical tools, spiritual guidance, and a renewed trust in my own inner strength.
For the first time in a long time, I felt empowered rather than defeated by life.
Karolina and Dori hold a truly extraordinary space. Their work goes beyond teaching; it creates an environment where deep healing becomes possible.
The Goddess energies we connected with continue to support and guide me long after the course has ended.
I left this experience feeling stronger, clearer, more devoted to my path, and deeply connected to the divine presence that exists within every challenge and every blessing. "

Jolanta · Lithuania

" This immersion touched me much more deeply than I expected.
Even when I couldn't fully explain what I was feeling, the practices continuously opened layers within me that were ready to be seen, felt, and released.
Each Goddess revealed a different aspect of myself. Every ceremony brought me into contact with emotions, wounds, strengths, and forgotten parts of my inner world.
What moved me most was realizing that we were not only learning about the Goddesses—we were discovering the Goddess within ourselves.
I feel that this journey is far from over. The teachings, practices, and insights will continue unfolding long after the final day. There is still so much integrating within me, and I know I will return to these practices again and again.
I am deeply grateful for the wisdom, care, and presence that guided this experience. It has been a truly meaningful and transformative journey. "

Ööna · Taiwan

" This immersion was far more than an 11-day course—it was the beginning of a much larger journey. Each Goddess awakened something within me, and I know it will take time to fully digest and integrate everything that was revealed.
One of the most powerful aspects was witnessing the stories and experiences of the other women. Again and again, I could see parts of my own journey reflected in theirs. It reminded me how deeply connected we all are and how healing it is to walk alongside other women who are willing to share vulnerably.
The immersion awakened new visions, new possibilities, and a deeper sense of purpose within me. It helped me connect the wisdom of the Goddesses with my own life path and inspired me to continue exploring these teachings long after the program ended.
After years of navigating difficult periods in life, I feel softer, more open, and more connected to my heart. I leave with immense gratitude and a desire to continue embodying these teachings every day. "

Sabrina · Taiwan

" This 11-day immersion was a profound journey for me. During the course I was navigating a lot in my personal life, caring for a sick cat, a busy schedule, and moments where I questioned whether I was doing enough. I noticed my tendency toward perfectionism and self-judgment, constantly comparing myself to others and feeling like I should be doing more.
What this journey gave me was compassion for myself. I realized that I was already giving my all, even when my "all" looked different from day to day. The practices helped me soften, trust the process, and recognize that the Goddess meets us exactly where we are.
The energy of the group was incredibly powerful. Every time I joined a session, I felt surrounded by love, support, and deep healing. The practices, movement, and teachings brought both detoxification and expansion. I leave this immersion feeling blessed, deeply nourished, and inspired to continue walking this path with the Wisdom Goddesses. "

TEN WISDOMS · TEN MIRRORS · ONE SHAKTI

You don't need to know Her name before you meet Her.
Perhaps you already know Her as the fire that says:

ENOUGH

As the ground disappearing beneath your feet when life asks you to change.
As the quiet voice guiding you through uncertainty.
As desire awakening inside you.
As the space that finally allows you to breathe.
As devotion becoming fire.
As life-force moving through your body.
As the emptiness after an ending.
As the sacred pause.
As the voice that refuses to remain hidden.
As the capacity to open your hands and receive.

For 11 days, we give these experiences space.
We meet their ancient names.
We enter their wisdom.
We breathe.
We move.
We sound.
We dance.
We become still.

And we explore where these many expressions of Shakti are already alive within us.

Something in you simply recognises the invitation.
