Have you ever wondered what it truly means to meditate? To find inner peace, calm the mind, and explore the silence within?

What is Meditation?

Meditation, or Dhyana, is a state of unbroken awareness on a chosen object to the exclusion of everything else. It is one of the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga as outlined by Sage Patanjali Ji in the Yoga Sutras.

“Anyone can attempt to meditate, but to achieve the state of meditation is hard”

In this challenge, you will explore ancient meditation techniques rooted in the traditions of Yoga and Tantra. These practices are designed to guide you from the outer distractions of life to the inner layers of your being and towards the experience of your true nature.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this challenge will help you establish a deep, personal meditation practice to bring peace, clarity, and a profound sense of connection into your life.

The unbroken flow of similar mental modifications (on the chosen object) is called Dhyana (Meditation)

Sacred Silence 7 Days of meditation with Prabhat Bhadauria at Hub of Yoga

What You Will Learn

Over 7 days, you will be introduced to a variety of meditation techniques where we will systematically explore methods to move from Gross to Subtle, from the outside world to the inner world and beyond.

Meditate on the Body (Kaya Sthiram): Cultivate stillness in the body as the first step toward inner calm.

Meditate on Fire (Trataka): Enhance concentration by focusing on the flame.

Meditate on Sound (AUM Chanting): Harness the vibrational power of the sacred mantra, AUM.

Meditate on Breath (So Ham): Deepen awareness by observing your natural breath and the pauses in between.

Meditate on the Mind (Antar Mouna): Explore inner silence and the witness consciousness.

Meditate on the Chakras: Cleanse and energize the subtle energy centers through chanting.

Meditate on the Universal Consciousness (Shiva): Immerse yourself in symbolic and formless divine awareness.

Each session will build on the previous one, allowing you to experience the progression from outer focus to inner stillness.
