1. General Terms
Welcome to Hub of Yoga.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and participation in educational and experiential offerings provided through Hub of Yoga, including online courses, yoga and Tantra trainings, Goddess embodiment programs, facilitator certifications, workshops, retreats, pilgrimages, private mentorships, events and digital educational resources.
Hub of Yoga is an educational brand operated by Prabhat Bhadauria and Karolina Fomiciova Bhadauria.
Throughout these Terms, “Hub of Yoga,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the individuals operating and providing services under the Hub of Yoga name.
By purchasing, enrolling in or participating in our offerings, you agree to the Terms presented to you at the time of enrollment, together with any additional conditions specifically communicated for your chosen program.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will not retroactively alter existing agreements without an appropriate legal basis or your consent.
2. Nature of Our Services
Hub of Yoga offers educational, experiential and spiritual programs inspired by traditional yoga, Tantra, meditation, embodiment and contemplative practices.
Our offerings may include:
Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, pranayama and meditation.
Shakta Tantra, mantra, yantra, mudra and ritual practices.
Goddess embodiment, sacred movement and Goddess Dance.
Yoga Nidra, voice activation and guided self-inquiry.
Facilitator and teacher-training programs.
Women’s circles, workshops and community immersions.
Online courses, retreats, pilgrimages and private mentorships.
These offerings are intended to support education, self-awareness, spiritual exploration, personal development and embodied learning.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Participation does not guarantee a particular physical, emotional, spiritual, financial or professional result.
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Our programs are educational and spiritual in nature and are not substitutes for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, psychological counselling or other regulated healthcare services.
Our teachers and facilitators do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions through these offerings.
Some practices may involve physical movement, intensive breathing, meditation, emotional expression, chanting, sound, ritual or personally challenging experiences.
By participating, you agree to:
Consider your physical, emotional and psychological readiness.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern or mental health condition that may affect participation.
Inform the facilitator privately of relevant limitations or concerns where necessary for safe participation.
Respect your physical and emotional boundaries.
Modify, pause or discontinue any practice that causes discomfort or feels unsuitable.
You are free to decline any practice at any time.
You should not discontinue prescribed medical or psychological treatment based on information received through our programs.
4. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Participation in yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement, ritual and related activities involves inherent risks.
These may include physical discomfort, fatigue, injury, emotional responses or unexpected personal experiences.
You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and agree to follow reasonable safety guidance provided by facilitators.
For online programs, you are responsible for preparing a reasonably safe environment with sufficient space and suitable equipment.
For in-person events, retreats and pilgrimages, additional risks may arise from travel, weather, transportation, accommodation, local conditions and physical activities.
You agree to communicate relevant concerns and exercise appropriate care for your own well-being.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
5. Registration & Enrollment
Registration may involve completing an application form, attending an introductory conversation, paying a deposit or making a full payment.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance into a limited-capacity program.
Where acceptance is required, we will communicate confirmation and payment arrangements before your place is secured.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to inform us of material changes relevant to your participation.
We reserve the right to decline an application where a program is unsuitable, fully booked or where reasonable participation requirements cannot be met, subject to applicable law.
6. Program Fees & Payment Terms
Prices are stated on the relevant program page, registration form or written offer.
Payment may be available through a single payment or an agreed instalment plan.
Before payment, we will communicate:
The total program price.
The currency of payment.
Any required deposit.
The instalment schedule, where applicable.
Any additional administrative or transaction fees.
The relevant cancellation and refund conditions.
By selecting an instalment plan, you agree to the disclosed payment schedule, subject to your applicable cancellation and consumer rights.
An instalment plan is an arrangement for paying the agreed program price and does not automatically constitute a monthly subscription.
If an instalment becomes overdue, we may contact you to arrange payment. Where legally permitted, access to future program content or sessions may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved.
No undisclosed fees will be added after enrollment without an appropriate contractual basis.
7. Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
Certain programs require a deposit to reserve a place.
The deposit amount, its application toward the total price and the relevant cancellation conditions will be disclosed before payment.
Participant-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your participation, please notify Hub of Yoga in writing.
Refund eligibility will depend on the specific program conditions communicated before enrollment, the services already delivered and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Where a participant is entitled to a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right will be respected.
Online Courses & Digital Content
Different legal rules may apply to live online services, prerecorded digital content and programs combining both.
Where immediate access to digital content or early commencement of services affects a statutory withdrawal right, we will obtain any legally required express consent and acknowledgement before supply.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Hub of Yoga
If we cancel a program, we will offer the remedies required under applicable law, including an appropriate refund where due.
If a program is rescheduled or materially changed, participants will be informed of the available options, which may include transfer to the new dates or a refund where legally required.
Exceptional Circumstances
Requests arising from illness, emergencies or other exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
Any discretionary accommodation does not replace statutory rights.
Program-specific cancellation policies, where applicable, form part of the enrollment agreement and must be made available before purchase.
8. Online Training & Digital Access
Online offerings may include live Zoom sessions, prerecorded lessons, practice videos, downloadable manuals, written materials, community discussions and access to third-party learning platforms.
The content, duration and access period of each program are specified in its description.
Where recordings are included, they will be provided according to the access conditions communicated at enrollment.
Where lifetime access is expressly offered, this refers to the access commitment described for that program and does not guarantee the permanent operation of a particular third-party platform.
We will take reasonable steps to honour the access arrangements promised at purchase and to provide appropriate alternatives where required.
Participants are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and compatible devices.
Technical interruptions may occasionally occur. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disruptions and provide appropriate alternatives where necessary.
9. Teacher Training & Certification
Certain Hub of Yoga programs offer facilitator certificates or continuing education hours.
Enrollment does not automatically guarantee certification.
Certification may require:
Participation in specified live or recorded training sessions.
Completion of required practice hours.
Submission of assignments or reflective work.
Demonstration of teaching or facilitation skills.
Completion of practical assessments.
Adherence to relevant professional and ethical standards.
Specific requirements will be communicated for each training.
Where applicable, eligible participants may receive Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) hours as described in the program materials.
YACEP continuing education hours do not independently constitute a Registered Yoga Teacher qualification.
Certification does not guarantee employment, income, professional registration or business success.
10. Kali & Durga Goddess Dance Ritual Training
The Kali & Durga Goddess Dance Ritual training may offer different participation pathways, including personal embodiment and facilitator certification.
Personal Embodiment Path
This pathway is intended for personal exploration, spiritual development and embodiment practice.
It does not independently provide facilitator certification or authorisation to present oneself as a certified Kali & Durga Goddess Dance Ritual facilitator.
Facilitator Certification Path
This pathway includes additional educational and practical requirements intended to prepare participants to facilitate within the scope of the training.
Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the stated requirements.
Premium Individual Training
Where an individual training pathway includes certification, the relevant requirements and teaching permissions will be specified in the participant’s program agreement.
Teaching Rights
Completion of a training does not automatically transfer ownership of Hub of Yoga’s original educational materials, recordings, manuals, branding or other protected intellectual property.
Any permission to teach a specifically named Hub of Yoga methodology, reproduce protected training sequences or commercially use its branding must be expressly granted in writing.
Graduates remain free to use general knowledge, traditional teachings, personal insights and independently developed practices, subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
11. Intellectual Property & Educational Materials
Original content developed by Hub of Yoga is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This may include original:

Written course materials.
Visual designs and teaching resources.
Proprietary program names and branding.

Unless expressly authorised, participants may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publicly upload, sublicense or commercially exploit protected materials.
Access to a program does not transfer copyright ownership.
Hub of Yoga does not claim exclusive ownership of traditional yoga teachings, ancient Sanskrit mantras, sacred scriptures, Goddess archetypes, historical spiritual practices or other material belonging to the wider cultural and spiritual heritage.
12. Community Ethics & Confidentiality
Our programs aim to provide respectful and supportive environments for personal learning and spiritual exploration.
Participants agree to:
Treat others with dignity and respect.
Honour personal boundaries and individual choices.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation and abusive conduct.
Respect the confidentiality of personal experiences shared in group settings.
Avoid recording or sharing another participant’s private disclosures without permission.
Respect differences in spiritual beliefs, backgrounds and personal experiences.
Although we encourage confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain it.
Serious or repeated breaches of community guidelines may result in proportionate participation restrictions or removal, subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.
13. Recordings, Photography & Testimonials
Some live online sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and replay access.
Participants will be informed about recording arrangements where relevant.
We recognise that personal sharing, embodiment practices and spiritual experiences may involve sensitive information.
We will not assume that enrollment constitutes permission to use identifiable photographs, recordings, personal experiences or testimonials for public marketing.
Separate permission will be requested where legally required for promotional use.
Participants may decline promotional photography or testimonial requests without affecting their access to the program.
14. Retreats, Pilgrimages & In-Person Events
Retreats, pilgrimages and in-person immersions may be subject to additional booking conditions.
The relevant program description will identify included and excluded services, which may involve:
Accommodation.
Meals.
Local transportation.
Airport transfers.
Teaching and facilitation.
Guided visits and spiritual practices.
Optional activities.
Unless expressly included, participants are responsible for their own flights, travel documents, visas, insurance, personal expenses and other travel requirements.
We recommend appropriate travel and medical insurance, including cancellation coverage.
Participants are responsible for following reasonable safety guidance and respecting local customs, cultural traditions and religious sites.
Where an offering falls within applicable package-travel or other mandatory travel legislation, the relevant statutory protections and organiser obligations will apply.
15. Private Sessions & Mentorship
Private yoga, Tantra, embodiment and mentorship sessions are provided according to the arrangements agreed at booking.
The session duration, frequency, fees, payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be communicated before purchase.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and communicating changes in a timely manner.
Private mentorship is educational and developmental in nature. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
16. Third-Party Services
Hub of Yoga may use external services to deliver programs and process registrations, including Zoom, Telegram, Google Forms, payment providers, email platforms and video hosting services.
These providers may have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
We are responsible for fulfilling our own contractual and legal obligations when using third-party services but cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of independent platforms.
17. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect the privacy of our participants and website visitors.
Personal information may be collected during registration, enrollment, payment processing and program participation.
Depending on the offering, this may include contact information, enrollment details, payment records and health-related information voluntarily provided for participation purposes.
We will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
Health-related information will be treated with appropriate confidentiality and safeguards.
Marketing consent, where required, will be requested separately from acceptance of these Terms.
For further information about data collection, storage, sharing, retention and your rights, please consult our separate Privacy Policy.
18. Limitation of Liability
Hub of Yoga and its operators will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the agreed services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from a participant’s failure to follow reasonable safety instructions.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings where we are not legally liable for the loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws applicable to the service providers and the relevant transaction, including mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the participant’s country of residence.
If a concern or dispute arises, we encourage participants to contact Hub of Yoga directly so that we may seek a fair and reasonable resolution.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory right to submit a complaint to a competent authority or bring a claim before an appropriate court.
