DEVĪ HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE.
Now it is time to let Her move through you.
There comes a moment when learning about the Goddess is no longer enough.
You want to feel Her.
In your body.
In your movement.
In your voice.
In the way you meet fear, anger, endings, desire, boundaries, uncertainty and your own power.
Perhaps you have studied Goddess mythology, practiced yoga, chanted mantra or sat before Her image.
But another doorway remains:
What happens when the teachings of the Goddess enter the body?
How does Kali change the way you meet endings, shadow, fear and the unknown?
How does Durga change the way you hold boundaries, make decisions, protect what is sacred and walk toward your dharma?
The Kali & Durga Temple is a living exploration of these two fierce expressions of Shakti through Goddess Dance, sacred teachings, mantra, yantra, meditation, ritual and somatic practice.
Here, mythology becomes a map.
The body becomes a Temple.
Movement becomes prayer.
And ancient Goddess wisdom becomes something you can live.
Because before you guide another woman into the Temple of her own power, you must first journey through your own.
Ready to meet her?
MEET THE GODDESSES WITHIN
MAHA KALI
The Force of Radical Transformation
Mahakali cuts through illusion and brings us face-to-face with what is true. She brings us into relationship with the territories we are often conditioned to avoid:
Fear. Shadow. Endings.
Impermanence. The unknown.
She teaches surrender.
She teaches you to release what has completed its purpose rather than holding onto it simply because it is familiar.
Kali reminds you that your greatest power has never been your ability to control life.
It is your willingness to trust it.
Through Kali we explore:
- Transformation & surrender
- Fear & liberation
- Shame, blame & guilt
- Shadow & unconscious patterns
- Death & rebirth
- Rootedness
- Primal feminine power
- Trusting the unknown
- The courage to let go
Through Goddess Dance, mantra, yantra, breath, ritual, meditation and sacred teachings, Kali becomes more than mythology.
She becomes a mirror through which you encounter yourself.
MAHA DURGA
The Dharma Warrior
Where Kali teaches us what must fall away, Durga teaches us what we are willing to stand for.
Durga embodies courage, compassion and unwavering presence. She teaches us that true strength is not force.
It is grounded presence. Healthy boundaries.
An open heart. Discernment.
And deep trust in your own inner authority.
Durga brings scattered energy into focus.
Instead of moving in many directions, you begin to recognize what is truly yours to protect, create and serve — and move toward it with clarity.
Through Durga we explore:
- Courage
- Healthy boundaries
- Inner authority
- Focus & direction
- Dharma & purpose
- Compassionate strength
- Self-trust
- Embodied leadership
Durga asks:
What deserves your energy?
What are you here to protect?
Where have you abandoned your own authority?
What becomes possible when your power is no longer scattered?
This journey brings ancient Goddess wisdom through four interconnected gateways.
THE INNER TEMPLE PATH
DECODE · EMBODY · PRACTICE · TRANSMIT
01 · DECODE
Read Goddess mythology as a map of consciousness.
Explore Kali and Durga through sacred stories of DEVI MAHATMYA, symbolism, Sacred trinity symbol (Comis Womb), Trigunas, Mahapanchabhutas (The Five Elements of Nature)
We begin to decode these teachings beyond literal mythology — exploring how their symbols reveal inner dynamics of manifestation, transformation, shadow and light, personal dharma, and Goddess as highest consciousness.
Ancient scriptures become roadmaps and mirrors for modern life.
02 · EMBODY
Take the teachings from the mind into the body.
Through Goddess Dance, breath, mudra, sound, gaze, somatic inquiry and movement, you begin exploring the fierce and warrior Goddess archetypes through your own embodied experience.
We do not perform the Goddess.
We create the conditions through which Her qualities can gradually become embodied.
03 · PRACTICE
Build a living relationship with Shakti.
Work with mantra, yantra, meditation, altar and ritual, Goddess Dance and personal sādhana.
The intention is not simply to complete eight weeks of material.
It is to develop practices you can return to when you encounter your own thresholds — endings, beginnings, fear, decisions, boundaries, transformation and periods of uncertainty.
04 · TRANSMIT
For the woman called to facilitate.
Learn how to hold the Kali & Durga Goddess Dance Ritual for others through embodied facilitation, teaching methodology and personal mentorship.
But facilitation is not where this journey begins.
Embodiment is.
You first walk through the Temple yourself.
Then, if called, you learn how to hold its doorway for another woman.
Before Anything Else
THIS IS NOT JUST A DANCE TRAINING
The choreography is one layer of the journey.
Underneath it lies a deeper exploration of how Goddess wisdom can become lived experience.
Every practice becomes a mirror.
Every movement becomes a prayer.
And emotions that we may have learned to suppress, judge or escape become places of inquiry.
Anger may reveal a boundary.
Fear may show us where courage is required.
Grief may deepen compassion.
An ending may become an initiation.
The void may become the womb from which something new can emerge.
This is why every woman enters this Temple first as a practitioner.
Whether or not she ever intends to facilitate.
THE ORIGINS OF GODDESS DANCE
Before I knew what Shakti was, I had already felt it…
When I first met my Tantra teacher and medium, Prajna Ji, in Rishikesh, I was drawn to her like a magnet. I knew almost nothing about Goddess traditions or Tantra. I simply knew there was something in her presence I wanted to understand — powerful yet humble, radiant yet deeply grounded.
Only later did I understand what I had felt as Shakti — the living feminine power and effortlessly flowing creative force.
Born in South India into a Shakta family lineage devoted to Maa Durga, Prajna Ji grew up surrounded by Goddess practitioners and devotees. Her relationship with the Cosmic Mother had been part of her life since birth.
Through a lifetime of devotion and sādhana, she channelled the Goddess Dance practice and passed it directly to her students.
Her unique approach brought the Goddess into the whole body through evocative music, dynamic movement, breath, voice activation and sacred hand gestures — mudrās.
I received this practice from Prajna Ji in Rishikesh and, for the past six years, have continued to practise, embody and share it with women.
With deep gratitude to Prajna Ji, her lineage and Maa Durga — the woman who first showed me what Goddess power feels like when it is not merely understood, but lived.
THE ORIGINS OF GODDESS DANCE
Goddess Temple Arts
At the heart of Shakta Tantra is Shakti — the Divine Feminine as living power, consciousness and creative intelligence.
Through movement, mantra, yantra, ritual, meditation and devotion, these teachings move beyond intellectual understanding and become direct experience.
Ancient Wisdom for Modern Women
Goddess mythology, Purāṇic stories and Tantrik philosophy become maps for our own lives — illuminating transformation, relationships, boundaries, creativity, power and purpose.
Devotional Movement
Every mudrā, gesture, breath, gaze, mantra and step can become a living prayer.
We do not simply perform or imitate the Goddess. We enter into Her qualities through the body — until archetype becomes experience, and experience becomes integration.
Emotional Alchemy Through the Body
Rather than rejecting difficult inner states, we learn to meet them consciously.
Anger may reveal a boundary.
Fear may awaken courage.
Grief may open compassion.
The void may become fertile ground for creation.
Teach From Embodiment — Not Performance
You do not simply memorise a method.
You practise it. You experience it. You integrate it.
And if you choose the Facilitator Path, your own lived relationship with the practice becomes the foundation from which you guide others.
WHAT FORMER STUDENTS SAY:
LAURA

STEP INTO THE TEMPLE IF …
You are not simply looking for another course.
You sense that the ancient Goddess already lives within your body.
And you are ready to discover how to awaken, embody and consciously work with Her power.
- You feel Kali or Durga whispering at the edges of your life — through dreams, synchronicities, fascination, recurring imagery, emotional thresholds or an inexplicable pull you cannot quite rationalise.
- You are no longer satisfied with understanding the Divine Feminine only through books, philosophy or mythology. You want to encounter Her through your body — through Goddess Dance, mantra, yantra, ritual, breath, meditation and direct embodied practice.
- You are standing at a threshold — an ending, rebirth, change of identity or new direction — and sense that the woman you have been can no longer carry you into what comes next.
- You are ready to meet what the world often labels as “negative” — anger, grief, sorrow, jealousy, shame, resentment, rage, fear, numbness or emotional suppression — differently. Rather than rejecting these states or trying to become endlessly positive, you are curious about the sacred intelligence they may carry.
- You want to learn how to consciously feel, move and channel intense emotional energy through the body rather than suppressing it, spiritually bypassing it or allowing it to unconsciously direct your choices.
- You are ready to discover the wisdom hidden within your shadow — the boundary inside anger, the tenderness inside grief, the truth beneath resentment, the courage behind fear, the unmet longing beneath jealousy, and the possibility of rebirth within loss.
- You are not looking to become endlessly calm, positive or spiritually polished. You are ready to become whole. You want a spiritual path spacious enough for the full spectrum of the feminine — beauty and ferocity, devotion and desire, tenderness and rage, creation and destruction, light and shadow.
- You feel ready to stop dividing yourself into sacred and unacceptable parts. Through Kali and Durga, you want to explore how the very energies you may once have feared, hidden or judged can become gateways into truth, discernment, power and deeper self-knowledge.
- You want a lifelong feminine empowerment practice that is truly holistic — weaving together body, emotion, psyche, spirit, shadow, devotion, sensuality, intuition, power, purpose and sacred leadership rather than focusing on only one dimension of your being.
- You want to understand Goddess mythology as a living map of consciousness. You are curious to decode ancient stories, scriptures and symbols not simply as mythology, but as mirrors for your own relationships, patterns, thresholds, gifts, shadow and dharma.
- You feel ready to meet the Feminine in both Her radiance and Her ferocity — not only beauty, softness and receptivity, but Kali's dissolution and uncompromising truth, and Durga's courage, boundaries, discernment and warrior clarity.
- You desire a spiritual practice that recognizes the body as sacred intelligence — not something to transcend, control or silence, but a living Temple through which intuition, emotion, instinct, memory and transformation can be encountered.
- You are curious about what becomes possible when movement itself becomes sādhana — when dance is no longer performance, but prayer, inquiry, ritual and a way of entering into relationship with Shakti.
- You are already a yoga teacher, therapist, healer, women's circle facilitator, retreat leader, coach, ceremonial space holder or embodiment practitioner and you sense that working with Goddess archetypes and Shakti could bring another dimension of depth to the work you already offer.
- You do not necessarily want another modality to replace what you already practice. You want to discover how Goddess Dance, ritual, mantra, archetypal work and Shakta wisdom can be woven into your existing body of work in a way that feels authentic to you.
- You feel called to hold deeper spaces for women and understand that this requires more than memorising choreography or collecting another certificate. You want your facilitation to emerge from something you have practiced, experienced and embodied yourself.
- You want to deepen your intuitive relationship with Shakti and become more receptive to the subtle ways She may speak through bodily knowing, dreams, instinct, synchronicities, inner guidance and the movements of your own life.
- You are drawn to the intimacy of a small Temple rather than a large anonymous online training — a space where there is room to be seen, mentored, questioned, witnessed and supported through your own process.
- You want something that remains with you long after these eight weeks are complete — a body of practices you can return to through future thresholds, endings, decisions, new beginnings and seasons of transformation.
- You may feel called to facilitate this work professionally — or you may have no intention of teaching at all. Either way, you understand that the first woman you are here to learn to guide is yourself.
Or perhaps you have no intention of teaching.
You simply feel that She is calling you.
*No previous dance, yoga or facilitation experience is required.*
If any of that just landed in your chest —

YOUR GUIDE
KAROLINA SOHAM
E-RYT 500 · Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider ·
Goddess Embodiment Facilitator
Karolina Soham is an internationally certified E-RYT 500 teacher with more than 1,000 hours of training in Yoga, Tantra and Tantric Goddess traditions.
For over six years, she has guided women through Goddess embodiment journeys, retreats, facilitator trainings, mentorships and sacred pilgrimages across Europe and Asia.
Central to her work is archetypal embodiment — bringing spiritual philosophy beyond intellectual understanding and into lived experience through movement, ritual, mantra, breath and somatic practice.
Her teachings weave together Eastern spiritual traditions including Hinduism, Yoga and Tantra, creating a bridge through which ancient Goddess wisdom can be explored through the realities of contemporary women's lives.
Devoted to Shakti in Her many forms — and particularly guided by Maa Kali and the Dasha Mahavidyas — Karolina is also initiated into the Sri Vidya path.
Her work returns again and again to one principle:
Wisdom is not only something we learn.
It is something we live, feel and embody.
Questions
Frequently Asked
No. No previous dance, yoga or facilitation experience is required.
The practices are taught progressively, and you are welcome to enter the Kali & Durga Temple purely for your own personal embodiment, spiritual exploration and lifelong practice.
If you already have experience in yoga, dance, somatic work, women’s circles, coaching, therapy, ritual or facilitation, this may naturally deepen the way you engage with the material — but it is not a requirement.
Absolutely.
The Embodiment Path is specifically for women who want to experience the complete Kali & Durga Temple for themselves without professional certification.
You will still explore Goddess Dance, Kali and Durga teachings, mythology and symbolism, mantra, yantra, ritual, meditation and personal sādhana.
Every woman enters first as a practitioner. Facilitation is an optional path, not an expectation.
Yes.
If you begin with the Embodiment Path and later feel called to facilitate the work, you can add the Facilitator Certification assessment for €150 and complete the additional certification requirements.
You do not need to decide from the beginning that you want to teach.
The group is intentionally intimate and limited to 3–6 women.
For the Embodiment Path and Facilitator Path, your place is secured with a €200 deposit.
The €200 is applied toward your total investment — it is not an additional fee.
For the Private 1:1 Path, you may begin with an initial payment of €350, which is applied toward the full €1,222 investment.
Your deposit reserves one of the limited places within the Temple and is applied toward your total investment.
Because spaces are intentionally limited, deposits are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Please refer to the full Terms & Conditions before enrolling for complete payment, cancellation and refund conditions.
Yes.
For the group pathways, you may secure your place with the €200 deposit and complete the remaining investment according to your selected payment arrangement.
For the Private 1:1 Path, you may begin with €350, with the remaining investment completed according to the agreed payment schedule.
Full payment details will be provided upon enrolment.
We recommend allowing approximately 4–6 hours per week for teachings, Goddess Dance, personal sādhana, embodied practice and live or catch-up sessions.
The journey combines self-paced material with the rhythm of the eight-week group container, allowing you to integrate the teachings into your everyday life rather than simply consume information.
The 8-week Temple includes four live Zoom sessions, approximately 1.5–2 hours each.
These sessions include mentoring, embodied practice, integration, Q&A and space to deepen your relationship with the material.
All live sessions are recorded, so you can catch up if you are unable to attend in real time.
Because women may join internationally, live session times are chosen with participants’ time zones in mind wherever possible.
You will also have access to the pre-recorded teachings and practices throughout the journey.
Yes.
The Kali & Durga Temple is held entirely online, and women are welcome to join from anywhere in the world.
All you need is a stable internet connection, space for personal practice and a willingness to engage with the journey.
They are two related but distinct credentials.
Women who successfully complete the Facilitator Path or Private 1:1 Path and fulfil the required practice, coursework and assessment receive the:
Kali & Durga Goddess Dance Ritual Facilitator Certificate
Eligible yoga teachers may additionally receive 20 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) upon successful completion of the applicable requirements.
You do not need to be a registered yoga teacher to enter the Temple or to become a Kali & Durga Goddess Dance Ritual Facilitator.
Certification is awarded after successfully completing the required teachings, personal practice, assignments and teaching assessment.
The intention is that certification reflects more than attendance or memorising choreography. It represents your demonstrated relationship with the practice and your ability to guide it responsibly.
Yes. This pathway can be particularly relevant for yoga teachers, women’s circle facilitators, retreat leaders, coaches, therapists, healers, ceremonial space holders and embodiment practitioners.
The intention is not necessarily to replace your existing modality, but to explore how Goddess Dance, ritual, mantra, archetypal work and Shakta wisdom may complement the body of work you already hold.
Those intending to facilitate the specific Kali & Durga Goddess Dance Ritual should complete the Facilitator Certification requirements.
No.
Goddess Dance is an important part of the journey, but choreography is only one layer.
The Temple brings together Goddess mythology and symbolism, Shakta Tantra, mantra, yantra, meditation, ritual, breath, somatic inquiry, personal sādhana and sacred movement.
The intention is not simply to learn a dance sequence, but to develop an embodied relationship with the teachings of Kali and Durga.
You are welcome to apply first.
If you are uncertain whether the Embodiment Path, Facilitator Path or Private 1:1 Path is most aligned for you, you may arrange a complimentary 15-minute discovery call with Karolina to ask your questions and explore which pathway best supports your intention.
