ABOUT THE TEACHER
Yogi Pradeep Ji, young yoga guru born and trained in the Himalayas has been traveling and teaching yoga Internationally for years. He’s unique perception of the science of yoga and his deep knowledge of body alignment as well as yoga anatomy makes him a great master. Right now due to the lockdown he is teaching yoga anatomy, body alignment and ashtanga vinyasa in yoga schools around India.

Transitions are part of the practice as they help you stay present while maintaining smooth breathing as you come into each pose. Controlled transitions takes your practice to the next level.
Learn how to avoid sloppy & jerky movements, avoid speeding up from one pose to the next and how to employ mindfulness, intention and correct alignment to avoid injuries.

IN THIS WORKSHOP
Learn to identify and correct common alignment mistakes and transitioning tips in Standing, Balancing, Arm Balancing, Forward Folds, Back Bends, Twists, & Seated Postures that lead to injury.

- Session recordings to be available for 30days for revision and practice
